Coastal Construction wins Project of the Year for Heron Residences

Tampa, Fla — Coastal Construction has won the prestigious General Contractor Project of the Year award by Associated Builders and Contractors (Gulf Coast Chapter) for the company’s work on the Heron Residences in Water Street Tampa. The award was given to Coastal Construction (PHOTO ATTACHED), the general contractor for the Heron, during the 2023 ABC Excellence in Construction Awards Ceremony held at the downtown Tampa Hilton.

Additionally, Coastal Construction’s subcontractor Baker Concrete won Subcontractor Project of the Year for Thousand & One (1001 Water Street Tampa) office tower project. Coastal was the general contractor for Thousand & One.
